Unfortunately the guy filming this encounter, missed out on a glorious opportunity to ridicule/dig even deeper into the proverbial shite, those two unlawful tyrants even further!! 
...At 3 minutes 7 seconds into the video, you see the male tyrant desperately trying to remember which section to detain the auditor on...
Stupidly the auditor helped him out by correctly stating section 43 of the terrorism act...Auditor should have said section 44 of the terrorism act which was repealed years ago for police abusing it!!...Cops have made that error themselves a few times which resulted in the guy filming them (the auditor) claiming even more more money in compensation for total dereliction of duty on the part of the cops...i.e, they were all fired!! (sacked)...
