Professor Opmmur, thanks for posting this information! This is the first I've heard of Andrew Basiago. He certainly knows a lot on this subject and about the Montauk Project. His story sounds credible. I'm guessing the reason he never underwent 'abuse' was because his father was also working with him on the Project. Other young boys were very abused in the Montauk Project. What Basiago said about Tesla is very believable. I read a book on Nikola Tesla. He was an absolute genius! I totally believe Tesla could have invented transporters and/or a time travel machine. When Basiago speaks of Holograms that see into the past, that sounds very much like Father Ernetti's Chronovisor : The Creation and Disappearance of the World's First Time Machine and Basiago DOES mention a Chronovisor! (Click on the link and read the 'Look Inside' feature on Amazon.com) Does anyone know...does Al Bielek agree that the Philadelphia Experiment took place on a ship named "Martha's Vineyard", not the U.S.S. Eldridge? The disclosure that Basiago hopes for...Unfortunately, our current U.S. government will never disclose teleportation inventions to the public, because of greedy powerful people profiting from the cost of transportation. I can easily believe Donald Rumsfield was involved in these projects. He's a very deceptive scumbag. (*Tuskin mispronounced "John Teetor"...should be pronounced "John Tie-tor". Hopefully some day people will figure that out. "Titor" is an anagram for "Time-Travel-Or" as John said in his postings.) I have seen and posted the video before of Håkan Nordkvist of Sweden, and I believe his story as well. Here's a video of a radio interview with Andrew Basiago talking about The Pegasus Project...
