If it helps, 018 is the phone number in New Zealand thats used as a call directory for business and home...In the UK the number is 118
There was also a drug reference for an anti allergy pill with 018 stamped across it..

I like Trons idea, FDN could stand for Flight Destination Number and the numbers represent the countries they travel to..018 could mean US to UK..019 US to France etc etc
