I found they had them at the American Chain called Radio Shack. I'm going to go down there tomorrow morning.

I decided to share my parts list with everyone. This includes everything expect the
25-ohm rheostat and the knob for the rheostat.
for the bajak capacitor just install most parts on a circuit board no tape used unless you want a really messy jobDid anyone use conductive glue when putting everything in the casing or did you use conductive tape?
