All you have PROVEN is that your contemptible. If you are English then I'm not only disappointed but miffed at your conduct. As stated before this electronic frontier, is akin to the wild west saloons of yonder. As Englishman we have a duty especially to our former colonies and those less civilised regions of the world. And how do you know about the Wild West? I thought you were English? How do you know about the western United States in the 1800s? Not many movies about that it the early 1900s for you to watch... how is asking questions not "gentlemanly"? Surely not answering them is equally ungentlemanly?

Your answer to not having an answer is to lash out on the offensive or ignore things you can't answer. It's a bit sad really. Why not just give up the pretence.
