If you want to look at even more stupid people, there are a multitude of cases brought before Judge Judy that she dismissed without a ruling in favor of either the plaintiff or the defendant. I think in those cases, those who brought the others to court are stupid because they tried to sue for some ridiculous things. That's just my take, but correct me if I'm wrong.
