Hi, I am Jon Tooker: the inventor of the time circuit (alt) (alt 2). I am not John Tooker from the Montauk Project. I am not John Tooker the inventor of the HDR, although I guess you could certainly call the time circuit an HDR and not lose any of the gist of what it is. Also, I am not John...
There is a thing out there about how real time travelers will know the significance of the B-52s. My book ended up with 52 chapters in it, incidentally.
I think the story about John Tooker inventing the HDR with Steven Gibbs is a obfuscating cover story for me, Jon Tooker, laying the theoretical foundations of time travel and publishing them on Phil Gibbs' website.
John Tooker and Steve Gibbs are usually credited as the co-inventors of the HDR. The real story is that I invented the HDR and Phil Gibbs runs the website viXra where I publish.

The General Relevance of the Modified Cosmological Model
I noticed that using the scheme like "Tiber ---> Tipler" and "Petrus ---> Pentus" the Prophecy of the Popes aligns well with pages 167-268 in this book.
The effect is required for observers in relative motion to agree on a mathematical description of what happened. If you never try to make a mathematical description then you can always assume that Nature is non-relativistic and you never come across on observation of Nature that will tell you...
