Difficult question to answer properly, because a nice neighborhood could suddenly become dangerous if a nasty family moves into it..

My neighborhood wasn't the greatest when my family moved there from the Cities so,
I've been trained for life so-to-speak. Would I do it now? If I had a choice...No, probably not.

I would check around and see whom used to live there. The LAST THING you want,
is a home associated with drug traffic of any kind.

I lived with a dealer right next door and there were those tense moments
when their 'CLIENTS' would mistake my home for his and they stand there glaring at me like, "Who the f*ck are you?!"
For many years I had to inadvertantly put up with a tweeker Jacked-up on Paranoia..Beating on my door.
