1969 Russian Alien Autopsy Video: Real or fake?

I'm watching it now. Why is a Medical Examiner using an Exacto Knife for an Autopsy? I thought surgeons used 'scalpels'. :confused:
He folds the skin back on the chest, but it's not even attached by any tissue or membrane of any kind. This part looks fake to me. Next he uses pliers to remove something from the chest cavity. Surgeons don't use those either.

Then it occurred to me, this Autopsy was supposedly performed in Russia. Perhaps in 1969 a ME used an Exacto Knife and pliers in that country. :rolleyes:

2:05 - 2:50 looks like he is cutting the connective tissue.
If Fake there was a pretty decent amount of detail put into it. I dunno always hard to tell these things without a medical background. Do they get rigamortis"sp?" cause it looks like it was just flopping around no pun intended. the texture also reminded me a bit of Chicken skin.

As for the instruments that would seem proper for that day and age.
