I'm watching it now. Why is a Medical Examiner using an Exacto Knife for an Autopsy? I thought surgeons used 'scalpels'.
He folds the skin back on the chest, but it's not even attached by any tissue or membrane of any kind. This part looks fake to me. Next he uses pliers to remove something from the chest cavity. Surgeons don't use those either.
Then it occurred to me, this Autopsy was supposedly performed in Russia. Perhaps in 1969 a ME used an Exacto Knife and pliers in that country.
