There are various ways that past lives are confirmed. We've noticed in recent years, that young children sometimes remember or have nightmares about, their previous traumatic deaths, in their previous lifetimes. Then as they grow older, they don't remember anymore. Something is blocking their memory thereafter of past lifetimes, as is already the case with most of us.
Past life regression therapy, hypnotic or otherwise, can open up our memories of past lifetimes. It does this by bringing our recall to harmful incidents in our past, in this and previous lifetimes. These harmful incidents include harmful things done to us and harmful things we've done to others. By opening up this awareness, the encysted, chaotic recordings in our subconscious minds, begin to open up to conscious awareness.
Some use hypnosis to do this. Others do it without hypnosis, as they do in Scientology processing and auditing. It is simply the chaotic energy of these subconscious memories, which blocks our conscious awareness. The more the chaos in our subconscious minds is reduced, the further our memory of the past, including previous lifetimes is extended, even sometimes into extraterrestrial past lifetimes, as was very much the case with Delores Cannon, who used her own form of hypnotism and in Scientology auditing, in which they did not use hypnotism.
It is understood that viewing the Akashic Records can give one the information sought about past lives and the karmic-reincarnational patterns of oneself and others. But one would need to have raised their frequency high enough, to be able to view the Akashic Records in the first place, presumably.
Once one has raised their frequency high enough and has transcended the chaos of the subconscious mind, one attains a degree of enlightenment and is no longer restricted from recalling the past, including past lifetimes, unless the brain gets polluted and one gets
Alzheimer's or dementia.
There are enlightened beings on this surface world, who are so enlightened. I know one who has been enlightened in all his lifetimes for the past 10,000 years. He not only knows who he was, he also knows who we were. As I already have a limited awareness of the past lifetimes of myself and others, I have not asked anyone about my own past lifetimes. As that data has been coming to me over the decades, through diverse means, I imagine it will just keep happening that way, until I achieve enlightenment.
Sometimes certain individuals have told me about a past life of mine. What I was ever told along these lines, would open up my awareness and help jumpstart my intuitive awareness of the karmic-reincarnational patterns of myself and others.
I perceive the concern that people here have about these things. That's why I posted this, hoping it can help elucidate.
