Why wouldn't the IT industry hype some impending doom to generate some bucks? In the meantime, Bush wants to make the tax cuts permanent, which I'm all in favor of, but he wants to do it by cutting out the business deduction for health care costs for employees and eliminating the state income tax deduction for individuals.
