An alert preferences idea

Hey guys, do any of you think it would be a good idea if members got alerts on new posts in the chatroom? There's not much activity there, and when I get a response, I'm not aware of it until I access the chatroom.

Any input?
 
Hmm, that's not possible. The best you can do is watch the chatroom's log thread, but it's only updated once a day. (Chatroom Archive Thread (Starting October 10th 2014) | Paranormalis

Other than that, there's a section in the sidebar on the forum's homepage that shows how many people are in the chat. That might give you an idea when to get in while others are there too.
