Life has existed on one planet for about 4 billion years, for all we know. But it might have started right after the Big Bang, when the universe was much stranger and more fantastic than today. A universe that might have allowed life to develop absolutely anywhere. The cosmos might be full of the seeds of life, sleeping in a dead desert, waiting for a few drops of rain to explosively bloom and grow. Tiny and not so tiny aliens might be everywhere.

However, the people of Venus live in the Etheric Realm, inside Venus. Val Thor, an officer of the Galactic Federation of Worlds(a military arm of the Milky Way), was from there. People at a higher frequency also live in Shambhala, within the Etheric Realm inside the Hollow Earth.

The Etheric Realm is imperceptible to us, unless we raise our frequency to that level.
However, people from the Etheric Realm inside Venus, Earth or anywhere else, have the ability to lower there frequency and precipitate themselves into physical reality, as Val Thor did, when he manifested himself inside the Pentagon for 3 years, during the Eisenhower administration, in his efforts to form an Alliance between the United States and the Galactic Federation of Worlds to counter the Alliance that the Draco Reptilians had with the Illuminati, Nazis, Tall Greys and Wolfen.

Apparently, the Secret Service guarding the President, had to ask Val Thor not to raise his frequency, so he wouldn't at times disappear from physical reality. Other members of the Galactic Federation of Worlds have this same ability, normally operating in a higher dimension, such as the 5D frequency. But when they choose to do so, they can suddenly lower their frequency to 3D, such as they do when they suddenly appear out of nowhere, to confront and deal with an enemy, such as those of the Draco Reptilian Alliance.

I imagine that Val Thor, who was a member of the Milky Way military organization, The Galactic Federation of Worlds, during the Eisenhower administration, may still be involved, especially as he originated from the Etheric Realm inside Venus. But he may not be as directly involved, as when he interacted with Eisenhower and the Pentagon. Val Nek is another member of that organization, very involved more recently with events transpiring between the Galactic Federation of Worlds and Earth. Megan Rose, an Earthling who knows him personally, has written a thin paperback book, Welcome to the Future, including important data about him.

She's in telepathic communication with him. It's my impression that she only recently began reincarnating on Earth and knew Val Nek before that. That's why she was being monitored by them. The book features two rescues in which Val Nek and the Galactic Federation rescued Megan Rose from negative ETs, the first time when she was only five. That time it was the Tall Greys. The next time, a few years later, it was the Draco Reptilians. The negative ETs wanted Megan Rose because of her particular DNA. Because of that, they thought they could turn her into a super soldier to fight for them. Instead, they were killed by Val Nek and his companions.

Wind7, I suspect that whenever I do things like this, I am being thoroughly monitored and perhaps blocked in certain ways. And perhaps that's the reason I can't access what you've posted about how to post. And I can't get it to post right. Another example is that at first I could access posts of members from years ago, when I searched, but now it always comes up that it can not be found. At first I thought that the moderators of this site might be limiting my access for some reason. But it may be deeper than that. You are aware of the chronovisor, looking glass and various time travel technologies. This means that the "Deep State", including CIA and hidden Deep State elements, can look and search up and down the time stream and know who we were in the past and who we're likely to be in the future, including other lifetimes. Having a negative agenda, they like to obfuscate and sometimes murder, those who seem to interfere too much with their negative agenda. Apparently, I've been targeted because of who I am, who I've been and who I'm likely to be. Even though I am no direct threat to them, they must feel I know too much. They've already lost, but can't or won't accept that. I haven't even been involved with any secretive government agencies in this lifetime, though apparently in my lifetime before this one, I was murdered by fellow British Secret Agents, in my office of work, just before Pearl Harbour, as I didn't support the agenda of Churchill and Roosevelt to allow the Japanese Fleet to attack Pearl Harbor, in order to get isolationist United States into the war, as a British Ally.
