Not entirely true -- While APing time in the astral plains is slower than time in the 'real world' ... you could spend about 1-2 hours on the astral plains and only about half an hour would pass in the real world.

Silly me, of course it means Astral Projection, what ever was I thinking?

For some reason I kept getting a picture of a very large Store.
