I hate that I have to even be asking something like this but my life from some simple mistakes has become unbearable. I made the mistake of trusting two doctors and paid with injury that has really given me pain and severe PTSD and Anxiety. I am a shell of my former self, a girl who traveled the world, always had a smile on her face, loved all those around her, enjoyed being social and always dreamed of new things for the future. Just typing this makes me cry and it's sad to see things turned out like this for me. I do not want to be mocked or taken for a fool, life has done enough. But if there is someone here that is a legitimate time traveler and could help me get a message back to my younger self, I would be forever beyond grateful. What happened to me will not affect anyone else's timeline. It only happened to me and it's just me in my life. I just want the pain to stop. I just want to live happy and free again. If you are legitimate please reach out. Seeking a real time traveler.

No time travelers here. Anyone that claims so is probably a scammer willing to take your money and run.
I would suggest you try self help info. I know meditation will deaden the mental anguish. Physical therapy and hypnosis are also just suggestions for paths to help you get on the road to full recovery. Good luck in your journey.
Write that message in a letter to your past self and bury it underground in a time capsule and maybe somehow that message will reach your past self and change your future for the better.
