That's from my local news, lol. Baltimore schools are beyond screwed up... this is just one tiny incident. And they're one of the most funded school districts in the U.S.

Interesting that in this 21st Century, this sort of thing still exists.

Back in the 20th century the school I attended was extremely screwed up.
If you were to take the movies Fast Times at Ridgemont High and Dazed and Confused,
and mixed in a little bit more derision and hate, you'd have that particular scholastic system.

These kids aren't even being taught basic math and reading skills. There's not much hope for them, sadly.
