No, they are the same, the buddhist come from the shamanic prehistoric magic system of the Mongols that apparently has some link to the indoarian branch.

The only recognized buddhist school there was for long time the sakya bcs they are expert magicians like the tengrist ppl.

The Aldebaran God's are related to the all seeing eye, based off the 12 zodiac signs, the eye of sky gazers of magicians that is why all ancient observations stations or temples had such emphasis on astronomical measurements.

These might be the alien maybe prehistoric creatures of Agartha:

They are called Apemen or Wildman and China has even a foundation who researches about them but lacks funds.

Infos on Agartha/Youdo:
Beasts, men and Gods (Ossendowski), the king of the world (Guenon), the kingdom of Agartha (Saint Yves d'Alveydre), Agartha, the invisible centre (Tamas), Agartha the Earth's inner world (Stjerna), Handbook of Chinese Mythology (Yang), the journey to the west (Yu), journey to the west (jenner), monkey king's journey to the west (lovell), monkey's folktale of China (Waley),

I suppose there might be a link between these creatures and Hanuman or Sun Wokong.
