The Lion and Swan Inn at Congleton in Cheshire, founded in 1496, has the appealing ghost of a "beautiful woman"wearing only sa pair of togs, who appears most often next to an intricately carved fireplace in the lounge. Perhaps she is cold?

She could be many things...Cold, Sad, Simply enjoying the heat, feeling sexy, waiting for her lover to return, drying herself off after a bath, contemplating suicide, mesmerised by the flames, looking for holes appearing in the wood that's on fire which pertains to a death....Many many things....

Joking about her being "cold" as we mortals might be but do "ghosts" feel what is around them in the here and now or in the "past" which "might have been the "real time" for them? Ponder, ponder, ponder. Walking off scratching my head.

So true but it would be so great to see comments from "them". How to verify the "reality" of
who sent what" is interesting. "Ghosts" supposedly can use devices we use so wonder if 1 would or if "they" even bother reading mortals p.o.v. of "them"?
