Questa frase è scolpita in una lapadie collocata all’interno della chiea della Valle Benedetta. Frase che deve essere anagrammata assieme alle altre frasi scritte sulle tombe della cappella di Santa Lucia di villa Huygens. La villa e la chiesa sono da sempre unite materialmente da un cunicolo ormai in gran parte crollato e cementato. Le spirali ancora assicurano un accesso “spirituale”, ma insidioso. È risaputo che il caporale usa le streghe per testare tali spirali e che in questi tentativi alcune delle antiche streghe ancestrali ex monache sepolcrine sono andate perdute nell’oblio. Ecco il motivo per cui si necessita reclutare nuove aspiranti streghe per continuare a dare consistenza ai sabba, o per meglio dire le ridde. Ma verrà il momento in cui pure i nuovi Templari dovranno cavalcare queste spirali, senza però subire perdite tra le loro fila. Questo è già stato sperimentato in modo sicuro, infatti, non molto tempo fa, un manipolo di Templari è stato, a loro insaputa, trasportato all’interno del grande portale, addirittura in pieno giorno. Questo potrebbe accadere di nuovo e stavolta essi ne sarebbero perfettamente consapevoli. La sinergia fra la chiesa e la cappella di Sancta Lucia venne sancita dalle antiche autorità ecclesiastiche, infatti, ogni qualvolta che la chiesa veniva danneggiata da eventi catastrofici come terremoti o conflitti bellici, la cappella ne assumeva le mansioni. Anche durante la seconda guerra mondiale, dove la chiesa fu sottoposta ad una lunga restaurazione dopo aver subito un bombardamento americano, le funzioni religiose e i matrimoni venivano celebrati nella cappella, fino al 1956. Questo lungo periodo di inattività della chiesa, che durò circa dieci anni, spinse il parroco a valorizzare ancora di più la cappella, trasferendo alcune reliquie e arredi sacri dalla chiesa alla cappella stessa. Tali manufatti non vennero mai riportati in chiesa e di questo ne parlerò nel prossimo post. Adesso invece voglio ritornare a parlare delle vicende di villa Limone, in particolare del nuovo post di Tourist, dove egli illustra come sia riuscito, nonostante le alte mura, ad individuare la scalinata da me precedentemente descritta. Ma neppure il suo attento occhio è stato in grado di vedere che le scalinate in realtà sono due, poste agli estremi della villa (vedi allegato). Dal momento che non potendo costruire una scalinata alta come era in origine, si decise di costruirne due che però assieme avessero avuto la stessa altezza dell’antica scalinata del gigante Limoncino. Ma quale sarà la scalinata sulla quale dovranno incedere le streghe e quale quella dei Templari? Ma questa è un’altra storia, visto che da tempo immemore c’è sempre chi scende e chi sale…

Even during World War II, where the church underwent a lengthy restoration after suffering an American bombing, church services and weddings were held in the chapel, until 1956. This long period of inactivity of the church, which lasted about ten years, prompted the pastor to enhance the chapel even more by transferring some relics and sacred furnishings from the church to the chapel itself. Such artifacts were never returned to the church, and I will discuss this in the next post. Instead, now I want to return to the affairs of Villa Limone, particularly Tourist's new post, where he illustrates how he managed, despite the high walls, to locate the staircase I previously described. But even his keen eye was unable to see that there are actually two staircases, placed at the extremes of the villa (see attached). Since it was not possible to build one staircase as high as it originally was, it was decided to build two, which, however, together had the same height as the ancient staircase of the giant Limoncino. But which would be the staircase on which the witches would have to walk, and which would be the Templars'? But that is another story, since from time immemorial there have always been those who go down and those who go up....
