TALVOLTA E’ POSSIBILE SFUGGIRE ALLA MORTE MA IMPOSSIBILE SFUGGIRE ALL’AMORE
Ci sono voluti ben 42 anni al Caporale per consegnare l’elmo a Leontino il Giovane nel luogo prestabilito. Una lunga missione iniziata nel 1983 tra la città di Siena e l’isola di Pantelleria. Adesso la possibilità di un ricongiungimento spirituale di Leontino e Roberto da Volterra è quasi certa, ma quanti anni stavolta occorreranno per unire suor Margherita Boero con il Capitano Leale Martelli? Unione non solo spirituale, ma pure carnale. Forse non saranno necessari altri anni, ma solo mesi, il tempo necessario per poter restaurare completamente il Sacellum di villa Huygens, cappella dedicata a Santa Lucia, dal momento che solo in quella circostanza il Caporale riuscirà a ristabilire l’antica connessione che univa come un cordone ombelicale la cappella con la chiesa della Valle Benedetta. Antiche reliquie e originali manufatti dovranno in seguito essere riportati all’interno della cappella stessa. Manufatti anch’essi restaurati per mano di un degno Templare, lo stesso che anni orsono restaurò le antiche reliquie della chiesa della Valle Benedetta. Manufatti consunti che erano stati usati anche da suor Margherita Boero istanti prima della sua scomparsa, ma in seguito usati pure dalle streghe per mantenere un contatto con la suora impedendogli di essere completamente inghiottita dalla spirale alla quale essa venne trascinata mentre ostinatamente cercava in uno “specchio” il volto del Capitano. Non solo la cappella verrà restaurata, ma pure la villa risorgerà dalle rovine dando nuova linfa alla stanza delle spirali. Sia il giardino di pietra che il giardino di vita saranno bonificati riportando alla luce nuovi enigmi da svelare. Altre strutture della Valle Benedetta saranno acquistati e risanati dal nuovo proprietario di villa Huygens, così come tutte le più importanti ville della Valle Benedetta e i loro vasti terreni; come da profezia la Valle “Infernale” risorgerà dalle proprie ceneri grazie ad un facoltoso ed intraprendente impresario, che seguendo le orme del nobile Huygens, potrebbe riuscire in quello che Huygens stesse non riuscì. Per riuscire nell’impresa il nuovo proprietario dovrà anche capire il motivo per cui l’antica fonte battesimale, che era collocata dentro il monastero della Sambuca, venne improvvisamente asportata e ricollocata dentro la villa Huygens… ma questa è un’altra storia.

Worn artifacts that had also been used by Sister Margherita Boero moments before her disappearance, but later also used by the witches to maintain contact with the nun by preventing her from being completely swallowed up by the spiral to which she was dragged as she stubbornly searched in a “mirror” for the Captain's face. Not only will the chapel be restored, but also the mansion will rise from the ruins giving new life to the spiral room. Both the stone garden and the garden of life will be reclaimed bringing back new enigmas to be unveiled. Other structures in the Valle Benedetta will be purchased and rehabilitated by the new owner of Huygens mansion, as well as all the most important mansions in the Valle Benedetta and their vast grounds; as prophesied, the Valle “Infernale” will rise from its ashes thanks to a wealthy and enterprising impresario, who, following in the footsteps of the noble Huygens, may succeed in what Huygens himself failed to do. To succeed, the new owner will also have to figure out why the ancient baptismal font, which was located inside the Sambuca monastery, was suddenly removed and relocated inside the Huygens mansion...but that is another story.
