Not me. Is that thing earthquake proof? I'm kind of thinking it's going to break off and fall into the sea.

hehehe. Yeah, I suppose one would have to study the architecture, first. But it looks SO awesome....

It's attached to the cliff via steel pins and the frame appears to be made of metal so it looks fairly safe from earthquakes. It's also designed by an Australian company, so earthquakes wouldn't be a major concern anyway. Your biggest problem would likely be erosion of the cliff! That's actually a big problem with cliffside properties even when they're firmly set on solid ground.

With all the landslides and tremors around the world I would not want to live there either. I can see it now the cliff gave away due to the drilling that was done to support the house. I wonder if they have the guest bedroom on the lower level with a trap door.
