Unfortunately, all of the files seem to be pdfs that seem to be letters between the different governing bodies and org's that tell each other more data/research is required and that data is still inconclusive. It seems more time needs to pass before anything solid comes to light. I hope we make those discoveries too though!

It appears nobody wants to discuss "alien" communication technology, i ask my self why?..
The only logical thought to come into my mind is that most of the stuff we read about and see on You Tube is fake, or simply comes from our own Earthly technology, and probably there are one or two "real" extra terrestrial spacecraft..

The only obvious way to communicate through the huge expanse of time and space would be by Quantum Entanglement (QT)...IMHO, perhaps we already know how to utilise QT or we are only a few decades away from discovering how to do it..
