As stupid as it sounds, I have experienced a weird event in a video game. Of course, it's entirely possible that it was just a glitch. Nevertheless it got me thinking if it would be possible for a spirit of some sort to inhabit a piece of software. What do you guys think? I think that it is possible, and one day we'll have evidence for it in the form of being able to digitize people's personalities, thoughts, memories, etc. Effectively, the individual would live on forever in cyberspace.

Maybe rougue AI or some type of virus.... or digital noise.....

Thatā€™s a very good question! What if a spirit or an extraterrestrial or a time traveler or some sort of other entity is in this forum.

Well, admittedly, I'm convinced that most internet traffic now is bots, NPCs, shysters, and just garbage fed to you by the algorithm. Though, I haven't seen anyone on here who I believe is anything more than just a person. Except of course our glorious moderators (praise be upon them).

Actually, I feel You're sort of on the right track. My understanding is that Everything IS Consciousness, including Infinite Living Space(The Void), the Source of All. From this perspective, with everything having a degree of consciousness, that would certainly include AI and video games, explaining why video games and AIs like Alexis, may sometimes say or do unexpected things.

Also, since some consciousnesses are able to merge with or influence other consciousnesses, it may well be that a certain, likely discarnate consciousness, infiltrated the consciousness that was already programmed into your video game, causing a deliberate "glitch", perhaps to get your attention or to confuse you.
