Do you think it's possible to travel back in time through astral projection? Would it then be possible to inhabit your past self and live again. Just a thought. If ya know anyone who written about such things, please post the info. Thanks
 
It should be possible to revisit the past using astral travel. I'm not sure you could truly "live again". You should be able to experience some events again as yourself though, in a way that wouldn't allow you to change the past, if that makes sense.
 

Since there is no evidence for anything like "astral travel," my instinct is to say it is impossible to use it for anything.

You can visit different times in your probable past and influence changes there.
But, this is not your past exactly. The past and future exist, from our perspective, as probability clouds of possible variations.
Any influences you could make in the past would only initiate a new parallel timeline for your overall personal earth experience.
Imagine if you could get outside of time and experience all the possible timelines that came with your birth.
That is, ALL of the things in your life that "could have" happened.
As for inhabiting your past self and living again, both the past and future are happening now, already exploring the different possibilities.
