For oobes and lucids you guys gotta check out bwgen (brainwave generator)software http://www.bwgen.com/...its free...use the deep meditation preset....ur in a deep alpha state in 5 mins....it best used just after waking up...burn a cd and keep it next to the bed....sitting up helps to not just fall back asleep
