Eerie figure engulfed in flames appears in news report photo

A woman recently noticed something strange in a photo from an old news report. In the photo, a ghostly figure can be seen engulfed in flames in a fire that occurred at her townhouse. She sent the photo to the paranormal website Ghost Studyto be analyzed this month.
