What exactly does it do? Do you wear it?

You wear the head coils during operation;
as to what it "exactly" does, no one knows yet.
I believe it synchronizes both hemispheres of the brain
while stimulating the pineal gland, and along with the Radionics
circuitry and tuning, providing a way to "program" or "focus" your brain
to accomplish mental, physical, and/or psychic tasks.
