2012 to jan 2019 (7 years)
phase II
jan 2019 - july 2021 (2.5years)
phase III
july 2021 - ?

if the rate of increase was the same, would mean 10 months is the start of Phase IV.
Since we're now at the INFLECTION POINT(yesterday)it means the rate of time is decreasing.

Were you aware that air pressure determines what the boiling point of water is? It is the basis for the operation of a pressure cooker and also how foods are freeze dried.

Oddly enough as I am reading this,
I am @ home recovering from heat exhaustion. My employer's main building is not air conditioned
only the front offices and our lunchrooms are.....I Feel like the poured out contents of a pressure cooker
that has been freeze dried and ready for consumption.....Just add water!
