Gravi-Time new project started

I am using 48 watts (electrical) input. Output is as yet unknown. When I repair the failed parts, I intend to report this when measured. However, aether does not have a direct unit of power. Aether carries electrical power and that can be measured when sampled in well understood units of electrical power. The method I have used was dependent upon the way it was generated. Rotating storms collect aether and that aether directly affects CO2 in the atmosphere by rigidifying it and also affects atmospheric pressure of CO2 pressure in a storm glass against air pressure yields a differential pressure that is directly the result of aether collected in rotating storms. This can be compared with other rotating storms and a storm force number based on this "differential" pressure, can be assigned based on this. This method can also be used for determining when an aether "tide" is present. This is a global phenomenon and is caused by the geometric formation of the positions of the inner planets plus the sun forming a spiral alignment from the sun to mercury, venus, earth and mars. This is not common knowledge, however, if you possess a good orrery and punch in all of the dates during the worst hurricanes in the USA (Katrina, Maria, Rita, etc.) you will quickly see the correlation between these two phenomenons (aether tides caused by inner planetary spiral alignment and massive hurricanes).
The second method is one of measuring the electrical energy of an aether field or wave carrying electrical energy. When Tesla arrived in America, he was hired by Thomas Edison and assigned the problem of why workers were being electrocuted when shutting off great powered switches. He determined, and rightly so, that the aether was carrying electrical power through continuing past the open switch still carrying the electrical power into the poor switchman's body, killing him.
The third method was one that Wilhelm Reich used and that was an ordinary Crooke's radiometer using aether-charged light.
A forth method is Gregory Hodowanec's gravity detector easily built. I can tell you from experience that when an aether tide is present, it can be detected by both the differential pressure method and Hodowanec's gravity detector circuit. I was working with a team located in the UK, one was in California and I was situated in BC, Canada. Using both of these methods in all three locations we all got the same results, so the aether tide can be detected and it is global and it is caused by that spiral alignment however unbelievable that fact is. We all logged hard data and came to that astonishing fact. They were too spooked to come forward and I was blabbing it everywhere.
So yes, aether can be measured. It can also be stored in water.
