You can take a look at the home page, there's a section called "Who visited in the last 24 hours" showing users who logged in recently. There are right now an average of 10 to 15 members visiting the site everyday. About half of them post here and there every few days and some on a more daily basis.

Activity has been constantly increasing for a few months now.
