This thing looks cool. Really makes me feel like they're trying to hide something, or make it sound better than what it is. If they have working holograms in close to real time, they should be able to come up with some better videos. It kind of looks like the camera is circling around it, like it should, but it's too close and moves too little for me to tell. Almost looks like the image itself is rotating. It looks like light is reflecting off the image in the videos too, it looks like it has shadows when the camera or the image moves, and the shadows change position. I wonder how they would pull that off using lasers? Hopefully we'll get some better video of it.</p><p></p><p>Just came to the realization that what I was looking at in the BBC video is like looking at a hologram baseball card for instance, but the surface is rewriteable using lasers, which in theory if done fast enough could make a video. I'm not sure if the article was misleading or if it was just me. Yeah I think it was just me.</p></blockquote><p></p>
