How do you bless yourself with the sign of the pentagram

You touch your forehead then your stomach and each side of your shoulders, which forms the cross

I think you need to ask them that...why not try googling it?

There really is no gesture or "blessing". If the person told they were blessing Themselves with a pentagram, they probably meant rubbing a necklace type thing and praying/meditating.
