How do you know?

A question that was being asked on a post that i would like to put a a thread.
When you do astrally project with your eyes closed how do you know when you are a spirit? do you open your eyes? or do they open up on theyre own? HOW DO YOU KNOW?!?!?!

Well, when I asstrally travel, I don't need to open my eyes. It always happens in my bathroom. There is usually a space of a half an hour or more that I have no Idea where it goes. I think that my toilet may be a time travel vessel. All I know is I feel a waft of propulsion and pungent smell then, whooof, I am asstrally traveling.
