I'm sure some people are turning guns in to get off the list and... drumroll *

To have the government burn away their evidence.

The rest are just plain idiots. I'm not a gun owner but if I was I wouldn't turn it in for a gift card to a store.

Looks like we'll have to defend ourselves from robbers and murderers with sporks.

I hate to say this, but who wants to bet crime rates are going to increase? Especially home invasion related crimes....
