This reality has been constructed from the beginning from a future narrative.
You see an Idea of the past was you can not manipulate pi's digits they are what they are; So once time travel was invented in the future they understood that pi could not change but the deciphering methods can. so they created the English alphabet and meanings of many words plus decimal to ASCII to decipher the message below.
