I Do Not Astral Travel or Use the HDR

I have many years of experience with astral travelling as a mental exercise only. I do not time travel using the technique.

I have read about black box psychic devices such as the HDR device. To me, it is plausible that you can experience many things mentally only -- but not physically. I have not bought an HDR device or tried any black box type device.
 
Ren is/was a pathological liar who admitted it here on the forum several years ago. Don't worry about such statements coming from him.
 

Many civilisations have recorded Astral Travel through the ages, throughout their History. They did not have access to a HDR. Just good old fashioned Meditation.

The HDR is a tool that some need and others do not and should be considered as such. The possession of which is not essential to achieve Astral Travel.
