IMO anyone claiming to be a time traveler is an immediate red flag. Though the asking price got my attention. At that price, and for being the first customer, surely you'd be able to meet in person to discuss the details, and check out the existing one that he built originally? If he won't share photos, info, demonstration, then it's a scam for sure.

Ask a time traveler for a pic of his or her machine and watch them scramble lol. Very few claimants will do so.
