We should basically create a machine that concentrates energy on a high level to bend the space time fabric
And the remaining we all know that we just need to control the space time fabric to do time travel!

We have a lot of light around us but of you take a lens and place it there the light gets concentrated at a single point called the principle.

I will use that point in my time machine

I wanted to say that that's the deadline it is not really the time taken to build a time machine
I meant that I would build a time machine that can also take only 2 or 1 years
