yes a small one, the feeling you should get from it , if you are in tune with your chakkra , will be a small tingly feeling as the machine reach your frequency

What if one of the chakra is out of tune how do u know that if it is out of tune write back anybody

A large enough pendulum could be loaded like a "witness well".
Even load with a small double terminated crystal.

Heck, make a pendulum from a
double terminated clear/cleaned quartz crystal
wrapped with a copper mobius coil
with a flat spiral "reflector lens"
on a silver chain
7 inches long ;)
