spellsandmagic is a good site i have been visiting many years , im posting here the adress for an 'internet astral travel' portal thingy , it's really quite creepy i have played around with it a few times and could feel myself leaving my body but then my eyes kinda twitched , maybe some of you guys will have better luck!

Well, there's the light portion of the equation. However, IMHO you are better off closing your eyes and looking at the spot between your eyes and wait to see if any type of light appears. Now all you need to do is listen. Dont force your self to do anything, this has to happen by it self. Don't chase the Light and Don't chase the sound, just let it be.
