Yeah, I couldn't find the "attack" language either. I mean, I mentioned Birkenstocks. For some people the mere mention of Birkenstocks are fighting words.

Yeah, that's what I thought too. I read this book a while back and it said something specifically about 'his/her' or he/she. Ha! Maybe it was a transvestite that won the election on Titor's ("Boomer?") time line? Holy cow, can you just imagine? What if he meant that it was a transvestite that won??? LOL
