Please dont be offended, but can i ask you if its the English Language you have problems with, or just with the whole book, The Music Of Time?...
I have not read the other book, Time Travel and Warp Drives, and do not have the time or desire to read through it thoroughly..
I scanned through the second book. It's a reasonably accurate explanation of relativity, wormholes and warping space.

Lumbergooz - pretty accurate drawing of the Teslascope

Teslascope

A Teslascope is a radio transceiver that was alleged to have been invented by Nikola Tesla for the purpose of communicating with life on other planets. Even though Tesla talked about interplanetary communications on many occasions, it has never been confirmed that he built this particular device. It is sometimes associated with the 'paranormal' Hyperdimensional Oscillator.

The Hyperdimensional Oscillator according to a company making and selling Tesla stuff, was a "transducer of high frequency cosmic energy that through sympathetic resonance with the human biofield, we can harness the energy and information carried by the Cosmic energy that constantly surrounds us"....The company involved sells modern day pendants using microchips possibly under the name of, The Tesla Hyperdimensional Resonator, or perhaps the Tesla Teslascope?..

Tesla claimed that the energy of the Cosmos was alive and intelligent (containing "archetypal" information) and by interfacing with these energies we can use them for energetic transformation of Mind Body and Soul, or simply to allow them to instruct us as Tesla did...Perhaps that was what Tesla was trying to explain when he told the World he had been in contact with the Martians in 1899, although i believe it would have been some newspaper reporter that used the name "Martians", to help sales of his newspaper, not Tesla!..

Its very possible Tesla knew Carl Jung, the guy who brought up the term "archetypes"...According to Jung, archetypes are seen as the relationship between our "personal unconscious", which contains an individuals personal memories and ideas, and a "collective unconscious", a set of memories and ideas that is "shared amongst" ALL of humanity...Shared concepts that permeate the "collective unconscious" and emerge as themes and characters in our dreams and culture such as in myths, books, films, and paintings..

Tesla said a lot of crazy crap. His contact with aliens was explained though. He was the first person to receive signals from a stellar radio source. Today we have an entire field of Astronomy that use these same signals to observe the universe.

What frequencies do those stellar radio sources transmit on Hartey?

All of them, but there are ranges that are reserved for radio astronomy to observe. Those reserved frequencies can't be used by local devices so that radio astronomy can be done. There are a great many different kinds of radio sources in space.
Most types are listed at wiki.

IIRC, it was a pulsar that Tesla was picking up. That in itself is pretty amazing though, given the state of radio technology at that time.
