Given that Saturn's rings are still circular in the photo, and haven't been shredded by such a massive object's gravitational pull, it's pretty clearly a hoax. Also, note that they had to "enhance" the photo for it to show up. If the planet was receiving so little light relative to Saturn, which from the shadowing is receiving light almost dead on, it would have to be much, much further away and thus proportionally much, much larger, putting it into the mass ranges of Brown Dwarfs and small stars, which we would obviously notice so close to us.
