Looking for fugitive John Titor

Hello,
I have been sent in order to aprehend the fugitive John Titor, and based on various information I've read so far it appears I have finally made it to the correct timeline, although perhaps not the exact correct time. It seems people in a forum such as this would know best where to find him; so if anyone has information on John Titor's whereabout, please pass it along to me. Do not attempt to apprehend the fugitive yourself. Thank you,
