That's interesting. I wish I could see the movement of it. I pick up that the man is a good person and genuine. Just wish we could see an animated version.

I have seen something like this before captured on a CCTV/Surveillance camera.
It was nothing more than a leaf being blown about close to the camera by the wind.
It would be good to think the Pets had their own Guardian Andles tho 8)

I think it is a spiderweb very close to and on the lens causing a out of focus blob.
