The UFO group was called VUFORS. [Victorian UFO research Society] I think that they are now defunct. They had a magazine that I looked at once. It was full of pretty ad hoc attempts to show UFOs. I spoke to the VUFORS President on the phone because my astronomy society was thinking about getting him to give a talk. But of course the astronomy rationalists didn't want that so it did not occur. He was a Canadian guy and said that he had seen UFOs in the Canadian air force: "they all know! They cover it up! They know!"
