The border patrol has set up Nazi style checkpoints inside the U.S. border, where they demand you give up your right to remain silent.
"Show me your papers" as the Nazi's used to say.

You do not have to give up your i.d. unless you are being detained. but they have to have reasonable suspicion(of a crime) before you get detained.
yet some are victims of illegal arrests just for exorcizing their rights.
the 4th amendment: states The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

well the official's have run there test of just how to do it when they were chaseing the boston guys. then it was a suspected bomber. now they have done it again this time it is a suspected child killer in California... do you hear the sound of the Nazi boot's yet????

VALLEY SPRINGS -- A manhunt in Valley Springs led to a shelter-in-place order after the death of a 9-year-old child Saturday.
Multiple law enforcement agencies combed the area Saturday afternoon for a man believed to be armed and dangerous, described as a white or Latino male, with long gray hair, 6 feet tall, muscular build, last seen wearing a black long-sleeved shirt and blue pants.
Details were scarce, but television station KCRA in Sacramento reported that a 12-year-old boy encountered an intruder in his home. The man ran away and the boy went to check on his sister and found her with stab wounds. She was pronounced dead at a local hospital, the station reported
