Mellen Benedict died and came back to life with a lot to tell. I'm actually impressed that I watched this whole thing. (That is an accomplishment).

This was beautiful, IMHO. And to think, he gave himself brain cancer by thinking about it. Yikes. We better change the way we think! Is the world what we create in our heads? As an exercise, I think I'm going to consciously try to find ALL the beauty in the world today.

That is so true.

I was told that the "simplicity of it all is what is the most complex when first realizing the oneness of all life."

I believed it then...
...and I still believe it now.
