Government is not peace and order. Do not confuse systematic violence with peace and order. Systematic violence as a means of order only produces slavery. Peace and order are achieved through valuing and respecting rights, personal responsibility, as well as charity and compassion for your fellow humans.
It is very very simple. Examples are in plain sight everywhere. Libertarianism/Anarchy works. Others don't.
Billions of people refuse to acknowledge this in favor and demand of systematic violence, ...which is unethical and criminal. Statists are violating and enslaving everyone. They and their systems are a threat to everyone. They need to stop, NOW. If they will not acknowledge their crimes, they will not cease with their crimes, and will therefore continue to organize to violate and enslave. They are a clear and present danger to the whole human race. The right to defense applies to all statists, those who vote and support governments.
This is why most people need to die. Because they cannot simply mind their own business, and otherwise try to look out for each other. They only want to force everything.

Let's say that you live on a 10 acre lot on a dead end 1 mile long country road in the middle of nowhere. Call it "Nowhere Estates".
When you bought your lot, the terms and conditions were unrestricted in regard to how you live on, and what you do with, your property. The only signed rules you agreed to is that you will not violate the rights of your neighbors of Nowhere Estates.
So, you built a home complete with whatever systems as to have a decent modern standard of living and still be eco-friendly and self sufficient. You have been there for a couple of decades, living an off-grid modern country lifestyle, doing your thing and establishing friendships with your neighbors. All is well.
Then one day in a nearby town, small gangs start targeting red houses and businesses demanding a percentage of their money. If they don't comply they break into them, rape and pillage, burn them down, etc., etc. It gets reported on the news and scares some of the residents of Nowhere Estates. One home with red trim in Nowhere Estates even gets gang graffiti painted on it.
They decide to organize a simple security system and on-call militia, and do security drills, just in case gangs start to target your community. Everyone agrees and pitches in a little to purchase and install a gate near the beginning end of the road, and some other obstacles or barriers to prohibit access. Some residents buy dogs and guns and security systems for their property. All is secure.
Everything is okay, but some of the neighbors think it is a good idea to not have anything red in Nowhere Estates, as it may attract the gang to run your hood. They get with those who are already organized, and decide to give notice to anyone who has red houses or buildings on their lot.
Your house is red. So is your garage. So they tell you that you have to change the color. But you like red. That is why you chose to paint your home red.
But that doesn't satisfy them. They are adamant that you need to paint your home some other color. You explain to and point out to them that you have a state of the art security system in place with a panic button, safe room and automatic remote control cameras and machine guns. You explain that you also have 6 trained killer guard dogs, and have designed your property to be very difficult to access with armored vehicles. You explain that there is no need to paint the house a different color, that if they come to Nowhere Estates, they are going to be slaughtered, and especially if they try to mess with you.
But they don't care. They want your house not red. So they decide they are going to organize and form a home owner's association as to make some rules to keep the neighborhood safe. And they do. They come up with several ideas to make the neighborhood safe. Most residents are worried and feel that it is not unreasonable to ban the color red. So they make it official and task the neighborhood militia to see to it that red does not exist in Nowhere Estates.
So they knock on your door and tell you they are going to give you a ride to the hardware store to get some paint and brushes, rollers, etc, ..that you need to paint your home another color, preferably white. But you like red, and know that there is no need. And you never signed up for being told how to live or what to do with your property anyway. So you tell them no thank you.
But they disagree. They want you to paint your home white, and decide that they are going to threaten you as to make you paint your home another color. Nowhere Estates has just been enslaved by government.
So you go to the next home owner's association meeting and point out that your neighborhood has the gangs out-armed, out-positioned, out-smarted, and can easily take them out. You recommend painting everything red as to intentionally attract the gangs, then slaughter them once and for all so that no one has to deal with them.
But no one wants to do that, so they continue to threaten you to paint your home another color. They even agree to collect a little more money from the neighbors and organize a paint party for you. Understanding that painting your home is not worth all the escalating grief and conflict you will experience for not going along, you go along with it.
Nowhere Estates has just become the gang they are trying to avoid. People are being forced to comply and give money on account of the color of their home.
That is how your governments operate. That is your 'peace and order'.

Look on a milk container from any modern grocery store in the USA. You will notice the word "Pasteurized" (named after Louis Pasteur who invented the process). This is on milk because there is a law saying that it has to be pasteurized before it can be sold. In other words; pasteurize milk before selling it, or face punishment of theft, imprisonment, or up to and including deadly force.
But why must milk be pasteurized? Because pasteurization kills parasites and disease that is associated with bovine milk. ..particularly tuberculosis, a potentially deadly air-borne disease spread through coughing tiny droplets.
If tuberculosis gets into a small untreated population that finds their way into coughing in enclosed spaces such as transit hubs(planes trains autos and boats), or jails, malls, grocery stores, etc.. it can injure or kill a lot of people. A small farm producing unpasteurized milk for a population of a couple hundred people can cause exactly that. A strain of TB being spread around is a problem for everyone. So there is a good unanimously agreed upon reason for pasteurization. Who wants TB, right?
A statists solution is to FORCE it through some kind of arbitrary system such as this thread focuses on. A Libertarian solution is to use the same money and resources that would be used for enforcement, and instead use it to facilitate pasteurization and public AWARENESS. A typical Libertarian solution avoids force and ASKS everyone to help the farmers and marketplace pasteurize milk, as well as an immunization program and testing for any who CHOOSE to participate.
One solution provides a marginal level of safety and bosses people around with FORCE, the other produces safety through PEACEFUL VOLUNTARY pasteurization and immunization.

This is an example of the natural law of mutuality, or mutual benefit/gain. It is unanimously agreed upon that avoiding TB is a good idea, thus any program to avoid catching tuberculosis when there is a potential for doing so, is going to succeed.
That is to say that there is a unanimous demand for avoiding TB, therefore a supply of TB avoidance will sell when/if supplied. This principle of supply/demand when in conjunction with unrestricted freedom of choice and voluntary association, is sometimes referred to as a free market economic model. It works as any free market would, through voluntary exchange and unrestricted choice. Anything that people want enough, any solution important enough to effect enough people, will be addressed through natural interaction and free choice to motivate.
This is why other models such as businesses, factories, and traffic systems work. They are examples of peaceful efficient voluntary auto-organization or self organization through natural processes and behaviors for mutual benefit.
Traffic is one of my favorite examples. Billions of people commute from A to B in cars and other vehicles every day all over the world with a relatively small rate of accident. There is a very low percentage of police or anyone to force things, and thus only artificial appearances of control. It is a relatively free environment that requires efficient voluntary well organized cooperation among countless strangers, and does so beautifully because everyone has the same goal of getting from A to B safely without accident or harm to themselves, passengers, vehicle, cargo or other motorists.
If you removed taxes and replaced it with voluntary programs to fund it, there would still be freeways because the demand for a means of getting from A to B safely without incident or injury is high and popular. The market is strong. Demand will be supplied.

Healthcare is mine....since we are in Paranarmalis...I have to tell you a bigger picture...
What happens on Earth is not limited by living and breathing Humans. The big picture combines stuff that happens in Heaven...simply because human essence lasts a long time - millions of years...we are just starting out...
So, combine, what happens now to what happens from the higher ups...then adjust your goal as you have been designed to do.
And while we are at Paranormalis...remember people write story books. Most of the time, they have already written in energy format and copying it here as in physical form...that is why a lot of books are very well written since the details have already been thought of...before. You do not have to agree on this...not a problem...
