This "message" seems to be making the rounds. There's a You Tube type presentation at the link above, including an English transcription of the narrated Message.
I had some problems with the wording, and phrasing where the translation stumbled. For whatever reason I felt like reworking the transcription. I've edited that text as copied from the link above.
The transcribed translated text is broken up into 117 paragraphs.
I've numbered each paragraph of my version for those wanting to compare my version with from the original translation. This is a long post; so's the Message.
After this post you will find a second post by me that contains the original unedited text. I don't recall having corrected any misspellings or other errors. I have numbered the paragraphs for anyone wanting to look up the differences between the two versions.

The original source of this information appears to be Mr. Jean Ederman, now 49, of France, who evidently works in the field of aviation.
He claims to have been a military jet pilot, air traffic controller and airport manager, and to have a masters in economics. He also claims to have had a number of anomalous experiences since the age of six, which later included a number of UFO sightings and ET contacts. He writes: "... after having learned how to mentally project myself to a place in the presence of benevolent extraterrestrials, I received the following message..."

The core values of human nature are the exercise of free will and the experience happiness. To fulfill these, one must be aware of the personal power they possess, know how to use that power, and must learn how to share the giving and receiving of unconditional love with others regardless the situation.

Like all conscious species at this stage of their evolution, your species feels isolated on your planet. This colors your perception of your destiny. Only a small minority of you are aware of the vast upheavals that are about to unfold, transforming your world.

We have made it our responsibility to respect your free will by doing nothing that would modify your future in ways you do not choose for yourself. Our message to you can be considered as a worldwide referendum, and the individual personal decisions you are being asked to make as your individual ballots.

For thousands of years your civilizations have witnessed certain aerial and celestial events your scientific and religious leaders have been unable to adequately explain.

To know truth, living beings must have direct personal experience of that truth, without filtering that experience through any preconceived patterns of belief. Clarity of mind is needed, not religious dogmas or suppositions containing partial truths that cannot inform our consciousness. The experience of such enlightenment often seems counter-intuitive, and can only be attained if we refrain from viewing our experience in the light of any sort of consensual reality we may ascribe to. To do otherwise provides only self–deception.

As time passes, greater numbers of your species seek new ways to uncover truth in its many aspects. Some are approaching a new, untainted vision of what reality actually is. Unfortunately, amongst the vast amount of information currently available to your civilizations, only a tiny portion of this vision is being widely distributed. The wider, more significant and upsetting implications of this reality are being deliberately concealed from you.

Keep in mind how different the world you live in today is from the world that existed only one short century ago. Your closest ancestors would not recognize the lives many of you are living. If you were to look upon the lives your grandchildren, and even your children will be living in their futures, you would consider it improbable, at best.
The rate of change is accelerating. The majority and most significant changes to your civilizations have occurred within the last fifty years.

Bigger and more surprising changes lie ahead. The rate at which future changes arrive will only be faster. The worst and the best of your discoveries will be made in the years to come.

Many of your species are curious about the presence of non–terrestrial life forms. They mostly focus too much attention on the lights that appear in the sky. Understanding does not increase from doing this. We are beings of consciousness, not the material objects your species sometimes detect.
WHO ARE WE ?

Like billions of other beings in this galaxy, we are beings involved in the exploration of consciousness. Some amongst your species refer to us as extraterrestrials; the reality is more subtle than that. Fundamentally, we are the same as you, though we have undergone certain stages of evolution you have yet to experience.

WHO ARE YOU ?

Your species is rooted in a multitude of traditions that have, throughout your evolution, been enriched by the free flowing contributions those traditions have shared with each other.

The destiny of your species is to unite behind a common cause, without losing touch or respect for the diversity from which your cultures have developed. It is, however, the existence of these same diverse cultures that separate and keep you at odds with each other. I had some problems with the wording, and phrasing where the translation stumbled. For whatever reason I felt like reworking the transcription. I've edited that text as copied from the link above.
The transcribed translated text is broken up into 117 paragraphs.
I've numbered each paragraph of my version for those wanting to compare my version with from the original translation. This is a long post; so's the Message.
After this post you will find a second post by me that contains the original unedited text. I don't recall having corrected any misspellings or other errors. I have numbered the paragraphs for anyone wanting to look up the differences between the two versions.

The original source of this information appears to be Mr. Jean Ederman, now 49, of France, who evidently works in the field of aviation.
He claims to have been a military jet pilot, air traffic controller and airport manager, and to have a masters in economics. He also claims to have had a number of anomalous experiences since the age of six, which later included a number of UFO sightings and ET contacts.
